Bullies lack self-esteem. They go about their day looking for weaker individuals. They compensate for their lack of confidence by making others feel less human. This is done to make them feel just as worthless as they feel. They feel more important if they think they are in charge. Bullies act this way to gain respect from anyone who they can intimidate, belittle or scare into doing things that they don't want to do.
Many bullies are being physically or emotionally bullied by a family member, teacher, schoolmate, co-worker or someone whose word would be taken over theirs if the bully attempted to report the mistreatment to someone who could help.Whatever the reason, no one has the right to bully someone who hasn't done them any harm.
